This was a fabulous display of the new architecture planned for an island near Abu Dhabi which will doubtless create an unbeatable synergy with the Vegas like attractions of Dubai and make it a permanent destination for the super rich and those who love them. At the hotel there was also an incredibly rich and excellent, blockbuster exhibition on the Treasures of Islam. They didn't allow photos.
When I got back to Dubai I went to the Dubai Museum in Bur Dubai, the old center featuring the new projects like the Palm Jumeirah, the 800 m. Burj Dubai and the islands that will constitute the World offshore.
